INFORMATION FROM THE BOARD

At the Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday 25 February 2009 it was resolved:

1. To proceed to sell the residential property at 17 Berrambool Drive Merimbula.
2. To hold a Members’ Information Night.
3. To prepare a submission to Council regarding the rezoning of freehold land at Tura.
4. To increase bar prices at Tura by approximately 2.5%.
5. To implement a modified version of Clubcash (Bowls, Golf, and Bingo prize vouchers) to comply with the Auditors recommendations.
6. The General Meeting date be amended to Monday 11 May 2009 at 7.00pm.
7. To include resolutions by the Board and members’ requisitions recently received on the agenda of the General Meeting.
8. To confirm the appointment of Derryn Mansfield to the position of Executive Chef.
9. To approve minor sponsorship of the Far South Coast Dragon Boat Regatta.
10. Approve 116 new or transferring memberships comprising:
    • Golf: 4
    • Country Golf: 2
    • MIBC Bowls: 1
    • TBCC Bowls/Golf: 2
    • Gym Junior: 1
    • Golf Junior: 1
    • Social: 57
    • Holiday (one month): 48

The next monthly Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 March at 3.00pm.
