At the Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday 27 May 2009 it was resolved to:

1. Approve Bowling membership fees for both Merimbula and Tura at $90 for 2009/10.
2. Approve Country Golfing membership fees at $220 for 2009/10.
3. Consult Liaison Committees on the concept of a Media Committee representing both bowls and golf.
4. Approve a draft Union Collective Agreement as agreed between management and the LHMU.
5. Call for expressions of interest for catering of Rockpool Café.
6. Adopt the following policy in relation to internal club’s posting information on the website:

   “The only information that can be posted on the website without the prior approval of the Board is that which is intended exclusively for the viewing of members of the internal club and specifically relating to the sport and sporting activities of the club only, including results, meeting minutes, notices etc.  This must also be in keeping with the general objects of the sporting club as outlined within the constitution and by-laws of the internal clubs. Items not meeting the above criteria need the prior approval of the Board before posting.”

7. Approve J. Dale and J. Hammond as additional Tournament Committee members in the circumstances where existing members are unavailable, effective until the 2009 AGM.
8. Adopt the following By-Law:

   "Applications for Student Membership must be accompanied by suitable evidence that shows the applicant is a full time student or apprentice”.

9. Approve the request for funding for TBWBC representatives attending State Pennant Final in Coffs Harbour.
10. Approve request from MIMBC for a merchandise display.
11. Approve sponsorship of Wallagoot Lake Boat Club, student musician Cameron Cusack, and Pambula AH&P Society Inc.
12. Clean and paint walkway to back entrance at Merimbula.
13. Approve 137 new or transferring memberships comprising:
    • Golf: 1
    • Gym Junior: 2
    • Social: 31
    • Staff: 2
    • Holiday (one month): 101

The next monthly Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 June at 3.00pm.
