At the Board of Directors meeting held on 20 April 2011 it was resolved to:

1. Approve the Finance Committee's recommendation of a $2,000 grant to MIMBC for purchase of a new Pennant uniform trousers so to reduce the cost to pennant players to $20 per uniform, on the basis pennant players be consulted on the design of the uniform.
2. Approve capital purchase for Merimbula greens:
   1. Vertical Coring Aerator ($12,000)
   2. Ride on Mower ($5,000)
3. Approve Tura Steering Committee recommendation for Ric Wright to be appointed to the Committee to fill the vacancy following the resignation of Bernie Russell.
4. Request the Tura Steering Committee:
   1. Supply a recommendation on Membership Fee rates for 2011/12.
   2. Review and comment on a number of membership growth promotional suggestions.
5. Ratify the policy of Tura Course and Greens Manager playing one game of golf per month with members, shared equally between men's and ladies days.
6. Approve a new By Law as recommended by the solicitor:
7. ‘A member may be suspended for up to one month from entering the premises of the Club by the Secretary (with the approval of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Club) if an allegation is made that the member has engaged in indecorous, inappropriate, obscene, indecent, and/or offensive conduct'
8. Approve MIWBC request to donate to the McGrath Foundation.
9. Approve the donations and sponsorships of Merimbula Grasshoppers Soccer Club, Merimbula Seniors Tennis Tournament, Merimbula Pambula Minor League Club, SERAS Lawn Bowls Squad, South Coast Area Schools Lawn Bowls Team, Merimbula Big Game & Lakes Angling Club.
10. Approve 105 new and transferring memberships comprising:
    • Staff & Social Members - 93
    • Golf - 3
    • Country Golf - 2
    • MIBC Bowls - 3
    • TBCC Bowls - 1
    • Junior Gym - 3
