At the Board of Directors meeting held on 20 July 2011 it was resolved to:

1. Approve interim budgets for both venues for the period ending 30 September 2011.
2. Approve detail contained in the Voluntary Planning Agreement with BVSC and Merimbula Nominees relating to each party guaranteeing its obligations under the contract.
3. Ratify management's submissions to council regarding the Draft Local Environmental Plan 2010 as recently exhibited by BVSC.
4. Following advice from the Tura Beach Steering Committee that the new club will not accept the transfer of the existing Professional Golfer contract, the Board approved details relating to termination of the contract.
5. Approve the purchase of replacement scoreboards for Merimbula greens ($9,000)
6. Approve the purchase of a replacement ice making machine for Tura bar ($5,000)
7. Forward a copy of the feasibility report recently commissioned by the Club regarding solar power, to the Club's Master Planners for consideration in future developments of the Merimbula site.
8. Approve the Contract terms and Job Description for the position of Merimbula Venue Bowls Development Officer, to be advertised in the near future.
9. Approve Community Development Support Expenditure Category One (CDSE Cat 1) donations for 2011 of approximately $40,000 for 33 local community not-for profit organizations.
10. Approve July's Community Development Support Expenditure Category Two (CDSE Cat 2) donations and sponsorships for FSC Veterans Hockey Team, Candelo AH & DF Association, Potoroo Palace, Legacy, Merimbula Rock ‘N' Rodders Dance Festival, and complimentary room hire for 23 local community not-for-profit organizations
11. Approve 251 new and transferring memberships comprising:
    1. TBCC Bowls - 6
    2. TBCC Country Golf - 4
    3. TBCC Golf- 2
    4. TBCC Golf Restricted- 4
    5. TBCC Golf Junior- 1
    6. TBCC Tennis Junior -1
    7. MIBC Bowls -11
    8. MIBC Gym Junior - 2
    9. Social & Staff Members - 218
