Information from Steering Committee 20 September 2011

At its meeting on TUESDAY 20th SEPTEMBER, the Steering Committee resolved to:

  1. Invite the House Manager to the next meeting to discuss progress on selection of new house staff uniforms and the results of Bar Trading for July;
  2. Prepare a draft reply to the MIBC Board's response to the list of outstanding matters to be completed prior to de-amalgamation for final consideration at the next Steering Committee meeting;
  3. Seek advice from MIBC on the procedures to adopt in organising election of a new Board for TBCC, given the provisions in the Constitution and the uncertainty associated with the date of de-amalgamation;
  4. Provide a package of 2 complimentary rounds of golf plus a $10.00 drinks voucher to the Snowy Hydro Helicopter Service as an item for Auction at their upcoming fund raiser.
