Information from Steering Committee 27 September 2011 |
|
At the meeting on Tuesday 27th September 2011, the Steering Committee resolved to:
- Establish what cost arrangements were made with Mosaic Catering for the installation of a wok in the Bistro.
- Further investigate options for the repair of tiles in the men's toilet adjacent to the office.
- Contact MIBC with a view to clarifying funding of the ‘server' for the Gaming Machine monitoring and loyalty information system.
- Support the recommendation of the House Manager to discontinue the current Member's Draw arrangement on de-amalgamation or once the jackpot has been won if prior to de-amalgamation, in favour of returning to the previous scheme with the $2000.00 maximum.
- Request MIBC to consider special funding for certain expenses associated with de-amalgamation, not covered by their existing policy on that matter.
- Arrange a joint meeting with all sub-clubs to discuss a number of matters associated with their operations after de-amalgamation.
- Continue with the existing discount provided to ‘Drummond Golf Club' members of 2 for 1 golf green fees.
- Organise an "Information Night" for members to discuss progress on de-amalgamation and details on the election of a new Board for TBCC.
