A first draft of the proposed constitution for the Tura Beach Country Club is available for viewing here.

Please note that this is very much work in progress.  Areas marked in red are the subject of specific ongoing discussions, although it should be noted that the whole document has been subject to extensive review.  A new version is expected to be available in early June.
